2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition
  • Original packaging must not be damaged or tampered with
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Products not purchased directly from our website
  • Gift cards or promotional items

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions from our team
  4. Package the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team

Please do not send returns without first obtaining approval and a return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

4.1 Customer Responsibility

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, damaged in transit), you are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Proper packaging to prevent damage during transit
  • Tracking information for the returned shipment

4.2 Our Responsibility

We will cover return shipping costs when the return is due to:

  • Receiving an incorrect product
  • Product damaged during shipping
  • Defective product

In these cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

If your return is approved:

  • Bank processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your financial institution

5.3 Refund Amount

Your refund will include:

  • Full product purchase price
  • Original shipping costs (only if the return is due to our error)

Please note that return shipping costs paid by you are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  2. Provide photos of the damage or defect
  3. Include your order number and description of the issue

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund including shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

8. Cancellations

8.1 Before Shipping

If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation by contacting us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee cancellation if the order is already being processed.

8.2 After Shipping

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the product following our standard return process.

9. International Returns

For international orders:

  • The same return policy applies
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes
  • Refunds will be processed in the original currency of purchase
  • Additional processing time may be required for international returns

10. Consumer Rights (New Zealand and Other Jurisdictions)

This Return Policy is in addition to your rights under applicable law and does not replace them.

New Zealand — Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA): If you are a consumer, goods must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for any disclosed purpose. If there is a failure of guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy such as repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the failure is minor or serious. These rights exist alongside our voluntary returns process. If goods are faulty or not as described, contact us so we can resolve the matter in line with the CGA.

New Zealand — Fair Trading Act 1986: You are protected against misleading or deceptive conduct and certain false representations in trade.

For low-value disputes, the Disputes Tribunal may be an option for consumers in appropriate cases; see disputestribunal.govt.nz for eligibility and processes.

European Union: If you are a consumer in the EU, you may have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order in certain circumstances, in addition to the rights described in this policy.
